Active Deadly Threat Mitigation Planning
Phase 1
A security threat assessment of the facilities is a comprehensive analysis of potential risks and vulnerabilities that may threaten the security and safety of the facility and its occupants.
This assessment will involve identifying potential vulnerabilities, such as physical access, operational processes, staff interviews for front line concerns, and pre-existing policies and measures already in place, to provide an overview of your organizations strengths and weaknesses.
Phase 2
Dependant on the findings of phase 1, the need for an Active Deadly Threat Mitigation and Response Plan can be assessed. Sections of this plan may include the threat assessment, risk mitigation measures, personnel safety and roles, a response plan and post event recovery.
Phase 3
After the review and consultation with you, Tactical Edge will work with you and assist in the development of an organizational specific Active Deadly Threat Plan with options for future engagement regarding staff training and follow up.
